This notice covers this website only. Kyorit is operated by Kyorit Private Limited, 159, A Block, Chitrakoot Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India - 313001.
The Kyorit portals used by clinics, specialists and patients are covered by the agreement and privacy terms that apply to those accounts, and are not described here.
Those terms are published at os.kyorit.com/privacy and kyorit.com/privacy, and are the ones that apply once you hold a Kyorit account.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, request a demo, or unlock a free tool, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, practice name, city, practice type, and any message or preferred timing you add.
We also record which page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so we know where an enquiry came from.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient information or clinical detail through this website.
Technical information
We store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, not the address itself. It exists only to limit how many submissions can come from one place in an hour, which is what stops automated abuse. It cannot be reversed to identify you or your network.
We store your browser's user agent string for the same purpose.
This website runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no third-party pixels. It sets no cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a single flag remembering that you have already filled in the form, so you are not asked twice, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
The free tools
The Missed Patient Calculator, WhatsApp Template Builder and Review QR Preview run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
The Google Listing Audit and Competitor Check search Google's Places service. The clinic name and city you enter are sent to Google to perform that search, and Google's own terms apply to that request. We do not store the results.
Why we hold it and for how long
We use your details only to respond to you about Kyorit and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Where it is stored
Enquiry records are stored on managed infrastructure located in India.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on a deletion request unless we are required to keep something for a legal reason.
