Kyorit subscriptions
Where a practice subscribes to Kyorit, the commercial terms — the fee, the billing period and the notice needed to cancel — are set out in the agreement or invoice issued to that practice, and that document governs.
You can cancel a subscription at any time by writing to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period runs to its end.

Refunds
If you are charged in error, or charged twice, tell us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks usually take five to ten working days to show it.
How to raise it
Write to support@kyorit.com with the invoice number and what went wrong. We aim to respond within three working days.
