Take a photo with the location, address, accuracy and time burned into the image — the proof-of-visit stamp used for cashless and RGHS claims, field visits and site records. It is built into KyoritOS, and a doctor can start free.
What gets burned into the photo
- Place and address
The building and full address, resolved at the shutter. - Coordinates and accuracy
Latitude, longitude and the GPS accuracy radius in metres. - Date and time with timezone
The device's own local time, so it is correct anywhere. - Your clinic's name
Printed on the frame, so the photo says who took it.
The location is read fresh at the moment you press the shutter, and the camera waits for the tightest GPS fix your device can give rather than trusting the first coarse reading — so the stamp reflects where you actually stood, not where the network guessed.
Filed, not left in a downloads folder
Inside KyoritOS the photo saves straight to the patient's record and the clinic's claim library, tagged to the visit it belongs to — so when a claim asks for pre-op, intra-op and post-op evidence, the photos are already attached to the right patient on the right date. Appointments, records, prescriptions and billing come with it.
