Access to the Kyorit portals is governed by the separate agreement covering your account, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.
That agreement is published at os.kyorit.com/terms and kyorit.com/terms. Where anything on this page and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.
The free tools are estimates
The calculators and audits on this site are planning aids. They use the figures you enter and publicly available information, and their output is an estimate, not a measurement of your practice.
The Google Listing Audit and Competitor Check reflect what Google publishes about a listing at the moment you run them. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is complete or current.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Scheme rules, tax treatment and data-protection obligations change, and you should take professional advice on your own position.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to scrape data at volume, to attempt to overload the service, or to look up businesses for any purpose other than evaluating Kyorit for your own practice.
We rate-limit submissions and may block access where use appears automated or abusive.
Our content
The text, design and tools on this site belong to us. You are welcome to use the outputs — a QR code, a message template — in your own practice. You may not republish the pages themselves as your own.
Availability and liability
We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of an estimate produced by a free tool on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
